3. The delivery time within Germany is generally 2–5 working days. Shipping costs are calculated on the basis of the delivery address and the order value and are displayed at checkout before the order is completed. Free shipping from an order value of 139 € applies to deliveries to Germany and Austria. For deliveries to all other countries the shipping costs are shown at checkout. For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties and import charges may apply, which are to be borne by the recipient.

4. Payment by installments is processed via Unzer and is available subject to a successful credit check. You can pay for your order in 3, 6, 9 or 12 interest-free and fee-free installments by direct debit – from a minimum order value of 100 € up to a maximum of 5,000 €. The specific monthly installment amount is calculated and displayed by Unzer at checkout. You will find further information in our General Terms and Conditions. Subject to a successful credit check.

5. The statement “430,000+ customers” is based on the total number of unique customer records in our shop system, accumulated since the company was founded across all European markets. Each record corresponds to a verified order placed by a buyer. “5-star reviews” refer to customer reviews published on our websites as well as on external platforms and sales channels. Only buyers with a completed order can submit a review. Individual experiences may vary.

* Number of reviews: as of July 27, 2026, updated daily. You will find all customer testimonials at komfortkissen.de/pages/erfahrungsberichte.

5. The offer is valid only during the promotion period from 02.11.2026 up to and including 08.11.2026, 23:59 (German time) and only while stocks last. From an order value of €149 you get 1 Wolkenkissen + sleep guide for free, from €209 2 Wolkenkissen + sleep guide. Only the products you buy count towards the order value, without free gifts and gift cards.

The gifts are added in the cart and set to €0 automatically. You can choose the Wolkenkissen in any size in stock. The sleep guide (e-book, PDF, in German) is sent by email after your order. Values shown are the current shop prices of the gifts. Cannot be combined with discount codes on the whole order.
